Cancellation Policy

At Green Oasis Spa, we strive to provide exceptional spa experiences and services to all our valued clients. To ensure the efficient operation of our spa and to accommodate the needs of both our clients and our dedicated staff, we have established the following No-Show and Cancellation Policy: 1. No-ShowPolicy: A "no-show" occurs when a client fails to attend a scheduled spa appointment without prior notice of cancellation or rescheduling. In such cases, the client will be subject to a 50 percent no-show fee. This fee is intended to compensate our spa for the time and resources reserved for the client's appointment that went unused due to the no-show. 2. CancellationPolicy: Clients are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their spa appointments. Cancellation may be done online. If a client cancels or reschedules within this timeframe, no cancellation fee will be charged. Exceptions: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are committed to being understanding and accommodating. Exceptions to the no-show and cancellation policy may be made in cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances. Booking Confirmation and Reminders: Upon scheduling an appointment at Green Oasis Spa, clients will receive a booking confirmation detailing the appointment date, time, and the therapist's name. Additionally, clients may receive appointment reminders via email, text message, or phone call a day or two before the scheduled appointment. These reminders serve as a helpful notification of the appointment and the associated cancellation policy.
